How would you like receiving some baby thank you cards after visiting your friends’ new born in the hospital and offering gifts of well-wishes – with the above adorable card?  I would be so thrilled and would keep them on my wall of friends – that’s for sure.   What better way to announce and thank your friends for all the gifts – you’ve received.  I wished I have had the opportunity to do the same when my kids were born.  But no worries – when I have grand kids – you can be sure to get one like this from me.

Just watched Greys Anatomy Season 7 Episode 6 and I’ll have to say – I’ve been keeping up and following this TV show for the last 6 years and this episode has got to be the most boring!  why?  they filmed it as a documentary to promote Seattle Grace – and to re – lived what happened during the last episode of last season and how everyone survived that day and what’s next kinda thing.  Check out the sneak peek yourself.

Little J is back – thanks to Chuck!  and of course Blair isn’t happy – and try to run her outta Manhattan.  But what’s more evil – seems to be Serena’s new b/f – and there is more to it – than he being in his school.  Nat’s g/f is also more dangerous than we expected.  This episode we see new faces – Tim Gunn from project runaway and Sam Page from Desperate Housewives.  This season seems to get juicier by the week.  Now I can’t figure out what did Serena do – to have people coming after her the way they are.  Check out the sneak peek above.

My daughter was watching tv – and doing her exercise with her stationary bike  – I thought that was very clever of her but can I do the same?  The best way to lose weight has gotta be eating right and exercise – so if you are a tv addicted like my entire family – you may want to think of investing in an exercise bike or a treadmill.But like most people – it takes a lot of discipline and motivation on your own part – to keep exercising.   Not easy – because we’ve had the stationary bike for a few years now – and to date – I’ve only been on it for a few times.  Yes! shame on me!  so what is the best way to lose weight?  if you have the answer – feel free to let me know eh.

Susan’s days as a sexy internet sensation may be coming to an end after she angers an important client and incurs the wrath of her boss, Maxine (guest star Lainie Kazan). Meanwhile, Renee and Gabrielle are headed for a smackdown after each of them reveals an intimate secret about the other to the wrong people, and Bree finds herself exhausted by younger lover Keith’s (guest star Brian Austin Green) sexual stamina. Lynette is angry with Tom after he asks his mother (guest star Lois Smith as Allison Scavo) to become the baby’s nanny without talking it over with her first, and housewife Emma Graham (guest star Dana Glover) puts on a cabaret show – with the aid of saxophonist Dave Koz – with surprising results.

One thing I missed most about not watching regular tv is the commercials.  Some commercials are pretty good – like the one about male enhancement – I didn’t find it offensive at all – in fact it was quite tastefully done.  I also missed out on the previews of shows – if I don’t watch regular tv – but some may not agree with me of course – like the spouse – who refuses to sit thru’ any commercials.  But I find that commercials can be very useful – because it may be a product I need – and after watching the commercials – I would know I have options right?   So yes!  if the commercials were tastefully done – even male enhancement products would be a welcome.

So I’ve just watched Gossip Girl S4 Ep 5 - even though it was out for a week or more now – coz’ I thought they didn’t aired episode 5 yet.  Oh well, I’ve watched it – and Goodbye Columbia – is more focused on Serena.  You see she has an enemy – a vicious one!

An anonymous Gossip Girl blast with a very damaging rumor about Serena is sent. Meanwhile, Blair decides to take a class with a powerful businesswoman, Martha, who is guest-lecturing at Columbia, but someone hijacks her plans and tries to secure the position of Martha’s assistant.
