A group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed.  The A Team is from the 80s – I remember watching them as a tv show – so I was all for it but was a little disappointed with the whole show – because it wasn’t really the A-Team that I was used to.  But it was a pretty high budget show as you all can see -  when you start watching the show.

We watched this during Christmas eve with the entire family – because it’s a family movie and who doesn’t love good old Shrek right?  So I heard that this will be the last Shrek?  Anyhow, this sequel is about  Rumpelstiltskin tricks a mid-life crisis burdened Shrek into allowing himself to be erased from existence and cast in a dark alternate timeline where Rumpel rules supreme.  Pretty funny show of course and definitely recommended.

Yes ! it is today at about 2.41am! and we are all staying up to watch it. This is the first total lunar eclipse to fall on the winter solstice in over 300 yrs and everyone  – even amateurs are talking about it.  The big cosmic show is to last about 40 mins – so get out your telescope but in my father-in-law’s case – he is using his  spotting scopes because he doesn’t have a telescope – hahah! But we all know that the spotting scopes are good for hunting and wildlife observations.  Anyhow – watch for the moon to pass through the shadow of the Earth, thus blocking the sun’s rays from striking the moon this morning.  We are all so excited right now and it’s only 10.18pm.

So there was a leak in a movie that Angelina was recently in – and you can see that she is in a perfect shape – but what’s with all her tattoos eh?   What a waste right?  to disfigure one’s body this way – wouldn’t it be perfect to have perfect skin with this perfect body.  Looking at her perfect buttocks – one cannot help but be envious.  I’m sure you want to learn more of her secret of how she kept her shape so well.  Want to  learn more ?  so do I -  I’m guessing she does lots of exercises – after all, she can afford a personal trainer and personal gym eh.  But it does take a lot of determination to do those vigorous exercises too.

Really so who is Bernice new love?  I want to know too.  Apparently it is rich boy Alastair Lam – and that puts Bernice in a good mood when filming too – so I heard.  And here you see her texting to someone often on set.  But Bernice was seen and photographed holding hands with Alastair in Hong Kong.  So is it true or the media making up stories again?   Wasn’t Bernice with Moses?  did they break up?

The end of the year is just round the corner – and I`m starting my new year with getting the cheapest  insurance quote for our life and home insurance besides cleaning out the house of course.  Why?  every year – I feel we can save money – and next year – without the ferry and tourism in this town – I think we have to save even more than we are doing right now.  So if I can save 50% on insurance – that would definitely be a great help, after all, we have life insurance – the kid’s health insurance – the car insurance – the home insurance as well as our contents insurance – so yes ! i can save quite a bit if I look diligently for the best insurance coverage.   Getting a head start for the new year is a great way to start the year.

The spouse and I decided that we should have a date night with movies after the kids are all in bed – at least once a week – so we decided to get lights dimmer for our tv room to set the room in the right mood.  So instead of paying a babysitter and we go out and watch a movie – we paid for the lights dimmer instead – pretty smart if you asked me.  After all the light dimmers are for us to use as long as we want – and since it is a weekly affair – we think it’s a savings in the long run.  So yes! once a week now – we dim the lights and watch the kind of movie I want – not the kind of movie he wants – i can’t keep watching his kind of movie with him – he has gotta do something back for me in return.
