If Jeff Dunham ever come to Canada – anytime soon – preferably in Halifax – I would be the first to get tickets and be there even if I was sick.  His shows are so hilarious ! OMG !  if you haven’t watched this – you have to – in fact this is all new because 2 new puppets are added in this show.   A check on the event for Jeff Dunham and yes – he will be in Halifax in January but it is in the middle of winter then and for us to drive up to Halifax if the weather was bad – it’s just not worth the risk to buy the tickets now.  Why ?  because the tickets isn’t cheap at all – the cheapest I’ve seen are going for $75 and the seats are not good at all.  So I guess I’ll just have to continue watching him on DVD for $3 a night.  But yes, coming back to controlled chaos  – please rent it and watch – it’s very funny.  ” I’ll kill you!”

The movie was definitely hilarious – not just a chick flick mind you – even the spouse liked it and had a few chuckle that night.  I don’t recognized anyone except for that huge girl – Melissa McCarthy from Gilmore Girls – oh my! she was hilarious too.!   The english room mates of Annie (Kristen Wiig) is really strange and grossed – I don’t know how she lived with them for that long.  Of course, the poop in the wedding dress thingie on the road – now that was another grossed thing – and the pooping in the sink – mannnn!!!  it was horrid – yet we found it kinda crude and hilarious.   Gotta see it to enjoy it – it was really classic, crude and comical.

I didn’t think that I would enjoy this show – because it’s more a teen show – but it turned out pretty good.  This show reminds me of the Beauty and The Beast – but a modern day on.  Alex Pettyfer plays Kyle – the ignorant and obnoxious teen – who was turned into a ugly looking monster by Mary Kate Olsen – who supposedly is the witch.  Kyle needs to find true love or else – he would stay ugly and hideous.  Vanessa Hudgens plays the plain but kind hearted Lindy who has her own set of troubles as well with her family – but did she fall in love with Kyle?  Fairy tales always ends with happy endings  -  a hint for you.

Love this movie – but it’s not as scary as I thought it would be – but not for kids that’s for sure – they will get a nightmare from it.  The only person I was familiar with was Patrick Wilson – the rest of the cast – I’m not too sure where I’ve seen them before.  But I strongly believed that there will be a sequel – because the ending wouldn’t be what you have expected.  A child goes into coma – because his spirit has left his body and gone to another world and he is trapped in it.   His father goes into a dream to get him out – and save him with the help of a spiritual woman.  Pretty exciting if you asked me.

Yup! watched it and loved it ! didn’t think it was going to be a good movie but it turned out that Matthew McConaughey did good in this serious movie afterall.  Playing the dirty lawyer – who would do just about anything to get his client outta trouble – I was surprised when he turned against his client – and got him arrested.   Marisa Tomei plays his ex-wife whom he is still very friendly with and even remained as friends with benefits.  Love the movie – so don’t missed it.

I just saw Sucker Punch yesterday for like 30 minutes and if the movie continues to be the way it was – i was really unprepared that’s for sure!  it was truly – I don’t know what to think about it. So unrealistic and so far fetched – about a young 20 yrs old who ran away from her step father right after her mother died because he tried to rape her sister.  Then she tried to stop him – but failed to kill him instead – she was sent to a mental hospital which turned out to be a brothel – full of orphanage.   A lot of singing and dancing – and I don’t really know what to make out of it.  So if you are prepared for melodrama – go right ahead and watch it.

Anything that Anthony Hopkins is in – has gotta be a good movie right? and he didn’t disappoint either.  He sure acted his part very well.   Anthony Hopkins is Father Lucas – who practices exorcism outside the church – in a little village.  While Colin Donoghue is Michael Kovac who went into bible school because he needed free college funds and the church provided that if you become a Father/priest.  While Michael wasn’t truly convinced that there is such a thing as possession of the evil spirit – but more a psychiatric problem, he was then sent to Father Lucas to see him work with people whom are possessed.  At the end of the show – it still left me thinking if the possession of Father Lucas was real.

Seeing that Hilary Swank was in this movie – I rented it – to watch it and was not disappointed.   Jeffrey Morgan who was in Supernatural as the father of Dean and Sam is pretty handsome right?  so gotta watch.  Hilary plays a doctor – who recently broke off with her boyfriend.  Found an old apartment to live in – at a very good price for rent – $3600 I think – pretty hefty to me – if you asked me.  Little did she know that the landlord is crazy and was watching her every move – even when she was bathing.   In the end, she found out that she was raped repeatedly in her sleep – and did she escape?  watch it – ! good movie for sure.

Vince Vaughn and Kevin James from King of Queens and Mall Cop  – plays the overly ambitious techie of a auto design company.  Vince and Kevin are good friends – and Vince found out that Kevin’s wife Winona Ryder is cheating on him.  Queen Latifah plays a small part in this show – so did Vince tell Kevin?  would you?  and ruin your career and friendship? or wait for your best friend to be hurt?

This movie has one of the best special effect that i’ve seen in a long, long time.  In fact, I think I’m only excited about the special effect that was in the show and i kept watching it with the kids even though it just wasn’t my show.  The show surrounds a father and son’s quest to fight thru’ the imaginery world inside a program.   Oliver Wilde plays the robot in the game who helped father and son out of the game.
